In May 1992, Ryan began operating four Boeing 737 aircraft based in Salt Lake City, Utah for Morris Air Services. These aircraft carried passengers in the charter tour market throughout the Western United States.

Ryan International helped Morris obtain its own FAR 121 operating certificate and turned the operation over to them in December of 1992. 

Morris subsequently sold this operation to Southwest Airlines for over $130 million in
 December of 1993.
