UNITED PARCEL SERVICE

In 1983, Ryan was selected to become an airline operator for United Parcel Service. Ryan operated eight Boeing 727-200 aircraft on a nightly basis into the UPS hub in Louisville, Kentucky. Several of those aircraft flew a "double-rotation" which means they also flew a route during the day.

Ryan was then selected by UPS to start up the United Parcel Service B-757 freight operation. 


CompanyLongName was the first operator of the B-757 freighter aircraft built by Boeing.
