It is the expressed policy of Ryan International Airlines, Inc. to safeguard and keep private all personal information submitted to our Human Resources Department.   All such submissions whether via direct mail or through online applications or personal interviews shall be treated with the strictest confidence and will not be made available to other parties. 

Please be aware that Ryan International Airlines, Inc. reserves the right to perform extensive background checks on prospective employees in order to comply with appropriate Federal Aviation Administration and Department of Transportation regulations.

All future employees and current employees of Ryan International Airlines and its subcontractors are subject to random drug testing policies.   Refusal to comply with RIA drug testing policy is grounds for termination.

Falsification of information during application and or interviews is cause for termination of employment or barring from future employment from all future Ryan companies.
