   Sick Leave, Vacations and Holidays  

Sick Leave: Accrues at a rate of eight (8) hours every two (2) months worked 
(48 hours per year), up
to a maximum accrual of 240 hours.

 

Vacations: (not applicable for flight crew members)  

 

1 week after one (1) year of service.
2 weeks after two (2) years of service.
3 weeks after six (6) years of service.

   Education Assistance:   

Reimbursement is for books, fees and tuition, according to your grade, for job-related classes at an approved school with prior approval by your Supervisor. Maximum of $140 per credit hour. You are eligible after one (1) of employment.

Grade: A — 75% Reimbursement
B — 60% Reimbursement
C — 45% Reimbursement

 
   
   401(k) Retirement Plan:   

Employees are eligible to participate in the 401(k) on the next entry date after date of hire. Employees must be at least 21 years of age to participate. 

Enrollment is in January, April, July and October.  Quarterly change dates.  Includes employee pre-tax contributions on 1 – 25% and employer matches at 50% up to 3% of your contribution.
